Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Parking Operations Supervisor to drive market growth and deliver exceptional service to clients, management teams, and guests. This role encompasses the oversight of multiple accounts, leadership of a team of managers, and contributions to the overall operational success. The Valet Parking Operations Supervisor is essential in ensuring superior service for clients, management teams, and guests. This on-site role requires managing several accounts, directing a team of managers, focusing on business expansion, overseeing financial responsibilities, managing revenue streams, and implementing strategies to mitigate claims.

Employee management, including recruitment, training, and fostering positive relationships with team members and clients, is a critical aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Leadership:

  • Commit to 40+ hours on-site at designated accounts, supervising multiple locations and leading a team of managers.
  • Ensure a positive environment across all locations.

Financial Oversight:

  • Maintain and update financial documentation such as forecasts and budgets.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of associate time entries, claimed tips, minimum wage compliance, and vehicle counts. Follow up with associates and ensure timely submissions.
  • Oversee claim prevention strategies, claims reporting, and revenue collection at assigned accounts.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage staff.
  • Ensure associates complete onboarding tasks and receive appropriate training and certification.
  • Identify, mentor, and prepare associates for internal advancement.

Client and Team Relations:

  • Maintain open lines of communication with associates and clients.
  • Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations in resolving issues.

Operational Duties:

  • Be available for on-call troubleshooting 24/7.
  • Assist with booking, scheduling, and billing for private events as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Management or leadership training/certifications are advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle record checks.
  • Capability to perform various tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, running, and leading a team.
  • Comfortable operating a standard vehicle.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and run multiple times during a shift.
  • Quickly entering and exiting various vehicles during a shift.

  • May require the use of personal cell phones for work-related tasks.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
