About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Guest Service Manager to join our team at Parking Management Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our valet service, ensuring seamless and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of valets to deliver outstanding service quality and consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of service quality and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Train and develop valets to enhance their skills and knowledge, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to support their growth and development.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to ensure seamless service integration and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze valet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Maintain a safe and secure valet area, adhering to all safety and security protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the valet service and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of success in leading, motivating, and developing teams to deliver outstanding service quality and consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns and complaints effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and hotel management.
