Job Summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Parking Operations Manager to oversee the growth of our market, provide exceptional service to our clients, leadership team, and guests. This role involves managing multiple accounts, leading a team of managers, and contributing to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple valet parking locations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of managers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage financial documents, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue reports, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Implement claim prevention strategies to minimize losses and ensure efficient revenue collection.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of valets, ensuring they meet the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, associates, and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement operational strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year minimum previous supervisory experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Management or leadership-related training or certifications a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
