Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Parking Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple accounts, managing a team of managers, and contributing to the growth and success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of managers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality parking operations.
- Oversee multiple accounts, including managing financial documents, handling revenues, and implementing claim prevention strategies.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our market and increase revenue.
- Manage employee relations, including hiring, training, and maintaining positive relationships with associates and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
- Management or leadership-related training/certifications/business is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
