Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of managers and oversee multiple accounts
  • Manage financial documents, handle revenues, and implement claim prevention strategies
  • Employee management, including hiring, training, and maintaining positive relationships with associates and clients
  • On-site leadership, including maintaining a work-friendly atmosphere and ensuring associates are compliant on all onboarding tasks and properly trained/certified
  • Client and associate relations, including maintaining a strong level of communication and anticipating client needs
  • Operational responsibilities, including being prepared for on-call problem-solving and booking, scheduling, and billing private events

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred
  • Management or leadership-related training/certifications/business is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks
  • Ability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle
