About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Guest Service Manager to join our team at Parking Management Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our valet service, ensuring seamless and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of valets to deliver outstanding service quality
  • Implement and enforce valet policies and procedures to maintain high standards
  • Train and develop valets to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to ensure seamless service integration
  • Monitor and analyze valet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain a safe and secure valet area, adhering to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of success in leading, motivating, and developing teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns and complaints effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and hotel management
