Fundraising and Engagement Coordinator

Viva is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fundraising and Engagement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Fundraising & Engagement team, you will play a vital role in building relationships with and providing exceptional supporter care to our donors.
Key Responsibilities- Supporter Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring a personalized and exceptional giving experience.
- Supporter Care Administration: Ensure accuracy in reporting and recording donations, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Team Coordination: Support team communication and the Director for Fundraising & Engagement in team administration, ensuring seamless collaboration and workflow.
- Operations and Office Support: Ensure the smooth operation of Viva's UK office, providing administrative support as needed.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and team members.
- Highly Organized: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accuracy in reporting and recording.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly learn and engage with systems and data, including financial software and information.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team player, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the team.
