Area Sales Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Glen Callum Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing key growth accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a fully remote role that offers career enhancement and development opportunities. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and running your own diary to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales within your assigned region.
  • Achieving sales targets and goals set for your area.
  • Building and expanding customer base through relationship building and development.
  • Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Being the main contact between customers and internal departments.
  • Resolving customer issues and handling complaints to build trust and customer loyalty.
  • Analysing customer purchasing data to identify future business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:

Location: Flexible, with the ability to work from home.

Salary: £40K to £45K basic plus Bonus + Company Car (EV + Charger + Electric Fuel Card) + 23 days holiday (plus BH 31 days total) + Pension + Employee Benefits + Fully Remote.
