About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with our company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Marketing Materials Creation: Assist in the creation and management of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content that effectively communicates our brand message.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and promote events, trade shows, and webinars to engage with clients and stakeholders, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update our company website and social media channels, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Email Marketing: Support the development of email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance tracking.
  • Marketing Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our engineering teams to gather technical information for marketing purposes.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets and monitoring expenses related to marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the engineering or technical sector.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, strong organizational skills, and an innovative mindset.
