About the Role

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to be a vital part of our fantastic marketing team. You'll collaborate with a talented graphic designer, Marketing Executive, and report to our Marketing Manager.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to inform social media strategies.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Responsible for social media planning, creation, and execution to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics, such as impressions, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Update the company website as needed to support marketing campaigns and wider business needs.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce team on projects and campaigns to drive new business growth.

Requirements

Essential

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with pardot software or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired

  • Financial services experience.
  • Pardot / Salesforce experience.
  • Sitecore.

What We Offer

Competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum. Hybrid working arrangement.
