Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients, including having difficult conversations and dealing with client challenges
  • Foster a strategic and commercial mindset, focusing on the goals of each client as well as Anuncia.co's objectives
  • Understand what our agency offers and strive to reach or surpass the standards we set
  • Attention to detail, ensuring that each account is kept on track and adding value wherever possible
  • Manage projects in an agreed direction, anticipating and reacting to developments, and keeping the right people informed
Average Week
  • Checking task and project progress for clients
  • Working with PPC specialists to understand ad performance
  • Prioritizing account tasks as required
  • Creating tickets for new tasks for client requests
  • Email and telephone conversations with clients
  • Reviewing account performance and trends
  • Monitoring return on investment (ROI) and profitability of accounts
  • Checking in with clients for specific requests, questions, or updates
  • Improving internal project management processes
  • Completing training in PPC and digital marketing to broaden your skills
  • Preparing client reports (end of month)
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience and strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Evidence of effective team working
  • Curiosity and interest in digital marketing and specialisms within it
  • Good commercial instincts to understand client objectives
  • Experience project managing and delivering successful projects
  • Some experience working in marketing and/or digital marketing
  • Digital marketing qualifications are desirable but not essential
