This role involves client-facing communication, internal project management, and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and strive to add value wherever possible.
  • Be the key point of contact for assigned clients, managing projects in an agreed direction, anticipating and reacting to developments, and keeping the right people informed.
  • Check task and project progress for clients, work with our PPC specialists to understand ad performance, prioritize account tasks as required, and create tickets for new tasks for client requests.
  • Review account performance and trends, monitor return on investment (ROI) and profitability of accounts, and check in with clients for specific requests, questions, or updates.
  • Improve internal project management processes, complete training in PPC and digital marketing to broaden your skills, and prepare client reports (end of month).

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Look for opportunities to upsell other services to existing clients, monitor our website Analytics, create and plan marketing content and campaigns, write proposals, and manage and optimize the onboarding process for new clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, great communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent telephone manner.
  • Experience and strong understanding of digital marketing, evidence of effective team working, curiosity and interest in digital marketing and specialisms within it, and good commercial instincts to understand client objectives.
  • Experience project managing and delivering successful projects, some experience working in marketing and/or digital marketing, and digital marketing qualifications are desirable but not essential.
