About the Role: As an Executive Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the client, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:



  • Events Management and Planning: Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office operations, including invoicing, procurement, and record-keeping.
  • Diary Management: Effectively coordinate the client's schedule, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize business travel, accommodation, and other logistics as needed.
  • Household Projects: Assist with household projects, including renovations, decorations, and maintenance.
  • Contractor Management: Communicate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Gifts and Hospitality: Arrange gifts and hospitality for special occasions.

Requirements:



  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience working in a similar role and environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proactive, organized, and highly efficient; exceptional communication skills; enthusiastic about providing valuable support.

What We Offer:


We are offering a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work hybrid, spending 3-4 days per week in our central London office, enjoying flexible working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
