About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior executives, focusing on corporate activities and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and visas for executives and guests
- Manage complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including necessary documents and resources
- Act as the first point of contact for all communications, filtering inquiries and responding as needed
- Plan and organize business events, conferences, and social functions, ensuring seamless execution
- Support special projects and initiatives led by senior executives, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Perform administrative tasks, including expense reporting, credit card reconciliation, and document management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
