  • Assisting the EA team with diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination
  • Booking meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
  • Expenses, invoices, filing of documents
  • Printing & binding documents
  • Ad hoc errands and Reception cover
  • Going over and above to support the team
