About the Role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our document destruction services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Negotiate sales agreements that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive team to achieve revenue growth targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- 0-1 year of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent time management, self-discipline, and organizational skills.
- A strong negotiator with exceptional listening skills.
Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
