About the Role
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our document destruction services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Negotiate sales agreements that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team to achieve revenue growth targets.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 0-1 year of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent time management, self-discipline, and organizational skills.
  • A strong negotiator with exceptional listening skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
