We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Marketing Lead for Alpine Cars. In this role, you will shape and execute a marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on experiential marketing, leading and mentoring a direct report responsible for product marketing in the UK.

Your role will have a strong commercial focus, ensuring that all marketing initiatives contribute to revenue growth and brand development. You will engage with and influence global corporate stakeholders across the Renault Group to ensure alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives customer engagement and commercial outcomes
  • Lead and mentor a direct report responsible for product marketing in the UK
  • Collaborate with global corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive business growth
  • Measure and evaluate the commercial impact of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on experiential marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth and brand development
  • Excellent influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with global corporate stakeholders
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
