Position Overview:
As the National Sales Director for Alpine Cars UK, you will spearhead the sales team to meet national sales objectives and revenue goals, while crafting a sales strategy that aligns with the overarching global brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the UK sales and commercial strategy across diverse sales channels.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities proactively, managing them effectively to ensure the achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Oversee the network animation strategy, ensuring optimal network coverage and performance.
- Utilize customer satisfaction programs to enhance customer experience in line with brand goals.
- Lead the UK sales team, fostering a positive environment that promotes high performance.
Performance Metrics:
Your success will be evaluated based on various factors including new and used car sales volumes, market share, revenue generation, profitability, inventory management, production efficiency, and lead conversion rates.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior management roles, preferably in a network-facing commercial capacity or as an OEM Regional Manager. You should be driven by results and have a proven track record in field force management within a rapidly growing environment. Your leadership skills should enable you to manage high-performing sales teams effectively, supported by excellent influencing and negotiation capabilities. A strong commercial acumen, coupled with project management expertise, adaptability, and a propensity for innovation, is essential.
