Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Carflow Operations Coordinator to join our team at Renault Group. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles through our operations, from shipping and import centre operations to transportation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate carflow processes to support Renault UK supply and manage Renault UK stock KPIs
  • Ensure processes meet established standards and deadlines to facilitate stable vehicle flow
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on Renault UK carflow activities to manage the impact on carflow performance
  • Liaise with key business stakeholders to plan and coordinate adequate provision for customer demand across all commercial channels
  • Proactively identify and anticipate operational challenges and deploy appropriate measures to overcome them

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales planning and supply chain processes and systems
  • Understanding of dealer network operations and commercial awareness
  • Systems agility and ability to analyze multiple data sources with precision and accuracy
  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make accurate forecasts
