Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior management roles, particularly in network-facing commercial positions or as an OEM Regional Manager. You should be results-oriented, with a proven track record in field force management within a rapidly growing environment. Your leadership skills should inspire high-performing sales teams, complemented by exceptional influencing and negotiation capabilities. A strong commercial acumen, along with adept project management skills, is essential. You should be adaptable, innovative, and encourage a culture of initiative-taking.
