Job Title: Head of Business

Command Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business to lead our flagship Used Car Dealership in Waltham Cross. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing a large team of sales executives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of 30+ sales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver an incredible customer experience.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage the day-to-day sales activities, including deal files, handovers, and sales funnel to maximize sales revenue.
  • Supervise and organize the aftersales/service function on site, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong used car background, ideally from a used car supermarket.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Great computer literacy and ability to work with various software systems.
