Position Overview:

As the National Sales Director for Alpine Cars UK, you will spearhead the sales division, driving national sales targets and revenue goals while aligning with the overarching global brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the UK sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and achievement.

Performance Metrics:

Your success will be evaluated based on:

  • New and used vehicle sales volumes
  • Market share growth
  • Overall turnover and profitability
  • Management of aged stock
  • Factory production fulfillment
  • Lead conversion rates

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior management roles, preferably within a network-facing commercial capacity or as an OEM Regional Manager. You will be driven by results and have a proven track record in field force management within a rapidly growing environment. Your ability to lead and nurture high-performing sales teams, coupled with exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, will be crucial. You should be commercially savvy, exhibit strong project management capabilities, and demonstrate adaptability and innovation.
