Hybrid Business Growth Specialist

As a Hybrid Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development through the delivery of exceptional customer service and the identification of new business opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales activity, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
- SUPPORTING AND ADHERING TO NEW AND EXISTING SALES INCENTIVES ACROSS THE COMPANY INCLUDING CROSS-SELLING, NETWORKING, AND REFERRALS.
You will have an estimated salary of £48,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and will be working in a hybrid environment, with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
