About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical HR Assistant to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Medical HR Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including recruiting and selecting candidates, managing payroll, preparing interview materials, and generating monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and select the best talent to join our team
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Prepare interview packs and documents for meetings
- Generate monthly reports to provide valuable insights into our workforce
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements
- Active Associate CIPD membership
- Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- Working towards level 5 CIPD qualification
- Sufficient recent experience of working in a Generalist HR Admin capacity
- Experience of using HR databases to record and access information
- Experience in guiding managers on policies and procedures
- Experience in providing admin support and minute taking
