About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical HR Advisor to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Medical HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including tasks such as recruitment, payroll, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and select candidates for various roles within the trust
  • Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
  • Prepare interview packs and documents for meetings
  • Generate monthly reports to provide insights into the workforce
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

  • Active Associate CIPD membership
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience
  • Working towards level 5 CIPD qualification
  • Sufficient recent experience of working in a Generalist HR Admin capacity
  • Experience of using HR databases to record and access information
  • Experience in guiding managers on policies and procedures
  • Experience in providing admin support and minute taking
