About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical HR Advisor to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, and contributing to the delivery of our HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and maintaining HR records, reports, and documents.
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including preparing interview materials and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employment law and policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with the Trust's strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Active Associate CIPD membership.
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Working towards level 5 CIPD qualification.
  • Sufficient recent experience of working in a Generalist HR Admin capacity.
  • Experience of using HR databases to record and access information.
  • Experience in guiding managers on policies and procedures.
  • Experience in providing admin support and minute taking.
