We are seeking an experienced Medical HR Advisor to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring that our employees are supported and empowered to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters, including employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the Trust's objectives and goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, leave, and absence.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR-related activities.

Requirements

  • Active Associate CIPD membership.
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Working towards level 5 CIPD qualification.
  • Sufficient recent experience of working in a Generalist HR Admin capacity.
  • Experience of using HR databases to record and access information.
  • Experience in guiding managers on policies and procedures.
  • Experience in providing admin support and minute taking.
