About the Role
The Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and select candidates for various roles within the Trust
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Prepare interview packs and documents for meetings
- Generate monthly reports to provide valuable insights into the workforce
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in HR administration and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
