Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Medical HR Advisor to join our team at Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As an Assistant Medical HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including tasks such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including tasks such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
  • Process payroll and ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
