HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Teddington-based HR team. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in handling all aspects of employee lifecycle administration, from recruitment to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer contract variations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement programs and training and development initiatives.
  • Update payroll with any changes required and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs and support the recruitment team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous HR administrative experience and demonstrable knowledge of HR systems.
  • Knowledge of HR best practice and UK immigration law, specifically right to work checks.
  • A forward-thinking approach and commercial mindset.
