Lead Support Worker Job Description

">Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate a team of Support Workers to deliver effective support services.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and support planning sessions.
- Foster positive relationships with customers through active listening and empathy.
Job Requirements
">- 2+ years of experience in social care or related field.
- Proven ability to work with customers with complex mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
