We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Transformative Housing Support Specialist to join our team at The Mungo Foundation.

As a key member of our team, you will provide intensive support to individuals in need, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

The role is based in Kirkintilloch, where you will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver exceptional care and support services.

Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with service users, providing guidance, encouragement, and practical assistance to help them overcome challenges and achieve independence.

You will also contribute to the development and implementation of personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support that meets their unique needs and aspirations.

In addition to your direct work with service users, you will collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, healthcare providers, and housing specialists, to ensure seamless coordination of care and support services.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the complexities of homelessness and the importance of providing trauma-informed care.
