Job Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Resettlement Worker. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need, helping them to access essential services and resources. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, while also promoting their independence and self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, helping them to cope with the challenges of their situation
- Facilitate access to essential services and resources, including housing, healthcare, and employment opportunities
- Work closely with other agencies and organisations to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client support
- Develop and implement individualised support plans to meet the unique needs of each client
