Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Housing Related Support services. As the Head of Service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of service strategies to improve customer outcomes
  • Manage and develop a team of staff to deliver services effectively
  • Work closely with the Director of Housing Related Support and the Senior Management Team to drive performance and quality improvements
  • Ensure the effective management of finances and resources to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working in a senior leadership role in the housing related support sector
  • Specialist knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on individuals and communities
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including safeguarding and data protection
