Hiring Notice: Housing Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a Housing Support Specialist to join our Rents Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing housing management services and support to vulnerable residents, their families, and carers.

Responsibilities will include engaging with contractors to ensure repairs, building maintenance, and planned works are carried out, representing the Independent Living Service at Daily Risk Management meetings, and responding to Multi-agency Safeguarding referrals.

To be successful in this role, you will require GCSE English and Maths or equivalent, experience of working in voluntary or public housing services, and a commitment to upholding and complying with statutory provisions and Council Policies and Procedures relating to Health and Safety at Work.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,934 - £40,755 per annum, plus opportunities for professional development and career growth. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals, we encourage you to apply.
