About the Role

Safran Landing Systems is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships with functional leaders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with functional leaders to deliver organizational strategy and business objectives through the people agenda.
  • Provide expert HR support across the full employee life journey, including attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Drive meaningful strategic workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to transform the HR landscape and positively impact the organization, culture, and people.
  • Collaborate with expert HR teams to deliver key initiatives and maximize HR expertise delivered to the business.
  • Be a change agent and champion key programs of change.
  • Drive innovation within HR and implement new HR initiatives to meet specific business requirements.
  • Report on key HR data metrics, monitor trends, and work with managers to identify strategies for improvement.

Requirements
  • Educated to at least Level 3 (AS/A Level or Level 3 qualification), ideally relevant degree level 2:2 or above.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HRBP role.
  • Demonstrable experience of driving change and value-add solutions in an HR generalist role.
  • Ability to develop, build, and maintain credible and effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communicator, able to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives.
  • Results-focused, coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
