Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new customer relationships and the sale of our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales professional to join a dynamic and growing company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and marketing campaigns.
  • Providing regular sales reports to senior management highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Salary Details
We offer a competitive salary of £50k per annum, plus benefits such as a company car and bonus structure. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and business development, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers. You will also need to have a proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies. Additionally, you will need to be highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills. A degree in a relevant field such as business or marketing would be advantageous.
