About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Carousel Logistics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and providing expert guidance to our UK Operations Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including managers and employees, to provide HR support and guidance on employment-related matters.
  • HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of our HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the delivery of HR-related projects, including the annual Q12 Gallup Survey process, to drive high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Policy Development: Ensure that our policies and procedures are fit for purpose, fully compliant with current UK legislation, and aligned with best practice.
  • Recruitment Support: Provide guidance and support to managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management: Work closely with managers to drive high performance through the performance review process, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Support the development of training plans, coordinate external training, and deliver training where appropriate to ensure that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of HR business partnering, with experience in a similar role.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
