Human Resources Director

Artemis Human Capital is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the manufacturing sector. As HR Manager, you will lead a team of 10-12, delivering operational and strategic HR management for a 1200-strong workforce. You will report directly to the Head of HR and collaborate closely with the Site Operations Manager and Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and implement the HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and staff motivation.
Partner with Site Managers to address recruitment and retention challenges.
Advise and support senior management on all HR-related matters.
Oversee training, development, and HR team leadership.
Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Requirements:
5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing.
Proven leadership in a unionised environment with complex employee relations.
