Senior HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and employee engagement
  • Lead a team of 10-12 HR professionals in delivering operational and strategic HR services
  • Collaborate with senior management and site operations to address recruitment and retention challenges
  • Advise and support senior management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, training, and development
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Proven leadership in a unionized environment with complex employee relations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive strategic initiatives
