Senior HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at Artemis Human Capital. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving our HR strategy and delivering operational and strategic HR management for our 1200-strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 10-12 HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive recruitment, retention, and staff motivation.
  • Partner with Site Managers to address recruitment and retention challenges.
  • Advise and support senior management on all HR-related matters.
  • Oversee training, development, and HR team leadership.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership in a unionized environment with complex employee relations.
  • Enhanced holiday entitlement.
