Senior HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR team and drive strategic HR management for our 1200-strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and staff motivation.
  • Partner with Site Managers to address recruitment and retention challenges.
  • Advise and support senior management on all HR-related matters.
  • Oversee training, development, and HR team leadership.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership in a unionized environment with complex employee relations.
