Key Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to support our UK Operations Teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of HR business partnering and a Level 5 CIPD qualification or above.

About the Role

The HR Business Partner will work in a generalist capacity across the full employee lifecycle, providing HR support to our UK Operations Teams. This will involve developing relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and advice on employment-related matters, and supporting managers throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including managers and employees, to ensure HR support is provided in a professional and appropriate manner.
  • Provide guidance and advice on employment-related matters, including best practice, company policies, and current legislation.
  • Support managers throughout the recruitment process, including coordinating external training and monitoring progress.
  • Lead on Employee Relations cases, ensuring all matters are dealt with thoroughly and pragmatically.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are fit for purpose, compliant with current UK legislation, and aligned with company values.
  • Support business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, and contribute to the annual Q12 Gallup Survey process.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of HR business partnering in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or above.
  • Within commutable distance to Coventry and Birmingham.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
