The Role

We are seeking a Performance Manager to oversee the completion of our apprentices from their apprenticeship journey. This includes managing the RAG report system to proactively address any issues and implementing appropriate interventions. The successful candidate will also oversee learners and employers who are at risk of withdrawing from programme.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Development Coaches to support apprentices in their learning journey.
  • Oversee the progress of apprentices using the Bud RAG report system.
  • Liaise with Development Coaches, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and involved in the apprentice's learning journey.
  • Ensure no apprentices complete their apprenticeship after becoming out of funding.
  • Support Development Coaches in preparing learners for their end point assessment.
  • Monitor apprentice attendance, engagement, and achievement, and report on progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and address any barriers to learning that apprentices may be facing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of apprenticeship programs by providing feedback and suggestions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with apprentices or learners in a similar setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with Development Coaches and learners.
  • A passion for education and training, with a commitment to supporting learners in achieving their goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
