As a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with vulnerable patients in Somerset. Our dynamic team is dedicated to delivering high-quality evidence-based care, and we are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join us.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual who can independently manage a diverse caseload of patients with progressive neurological conditions. You will work across various settings, including community clinics, hospitals, care homes, and visiting patients in their own homes. You will also have the support of a skilled team of Associate Practitioner Speech and Language Therapists.

In this role, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with other professionals, while also training and supporting care staff and family members to ensure the best possible care for our patients. Throughout your journey, you will receive clinical support from our Band 7 Pathway Lead for Deteriorating Neurological Conditions.
