We are a dynamic and innovative care provider offering personalized support to adults in their own homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and promoting independence and well-being among our clients.
Salary & BenefitsWe offer competitive pay rates up to £13.10 to £17 per hour based on experience and qualifications, as well as generous annual leave entitlement of 28 days. Additionally, we provide full free training, paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, and incentives for referrals and loyalty rewards.
Job Description- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals in need, enhancing overall happiness and well-being.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, household chores, and medication administration, while maintaining accurate records using an app on your phone.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals, working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Be kind, listen actively, and possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and their families.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team, being proactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential; we will provide comprehensive training to enhance your skills and advance your career.
