Senior Chef de Partie – The Ivy Collection

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at The Ivy Collection. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet demand.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly, including front-of-house operations and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops to ensure that our menu offerings are always innovative and exciting.
