About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at the Crown & Anchor, a prestigious restaurant located in a stunning waterfront setting. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure alignment with our culinary vision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong culinary skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire junior staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
