Senior Legal Staffing Manager Wanted at Prestigious International Law Firm

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal staffing professional to take on a key leadership role in the resources and utilization department of a rapidly expanding international law firm.

In this exciting position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the coordination of resource allocation and workload management, collaborating closely with the Practice Heads.

Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating the organization of all allocation and workload management for fee earners across the firm, involving regular communication with fee earners, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless workflow coordination.

To be successful, candidates should have prior experience in implementing work allocation systems within law firms, possess excellent people management skills, be able to introduce innovative ideas, and hold a degree-level education.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of law firm operations, including resource management and team collaboration. They will be expected to develop and implement efficient processes, analyze data to inform decision-making, and maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders.

A competitive salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
