Job Title: Senior Staffing Business Development Manager

Hirextra - World's First Staffing Aggregator is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staffing Business Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of Hirextra salespeople.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
  • Deliver sales that contribute to the overall budget for Hirextra.
  • Network with large end-user companies and bring larger clients across the globe.
  • Prior experience in working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technology to effectively sell Hirextra's product or service.
  • Keep track of current industry trends and competitors' products or services.
  • Develop business and reach targets for Hirextra.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Hands-on knowledge of using industry-recognized CRM.
  • Build strong relationships with existing partners and new prospects.
  • Communicate effectively whether face-to-face or via phone/video/email.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders leading to large client sales.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and take ownership of work.
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with the Hirextra network of colleagues across all brands and business areas.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to think both at a macro and micro level.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
