Job Title: Senior Staffing Business Development Manager
Hirextra - World's First Staffing Aggregator is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staffing Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Hirextra salespeople.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
- Deliver sales that contribute to the overall budget for Hirextra.
- Network with large end-user companies and bring larger clients across the globe.
- Prior experience in working with MSP partners such as Allegis, Pontoon, Kelly, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with current technology to effectively sell Hirextra's product or service.
- Keep track of current industry trends and competitors' products or services.
- Develop business and reach targets for Hirextra.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Hands-on knowledge of using industry-recognized CRM.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners and new prospects.
- Communicate effectively whether face-to-face or via phone/video/email.
Requirements:
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders leading to large client sales.
- Ability to be self-motivated and take ownership of work.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with the Hirextra network of colleagues across all brands and business areas.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to think both at a macro and micro level.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
